It’s Autumn 🍂

We left Saturday morning for our camping adventures for the week.Our first State Park was Pearrygin Lake State in Winthrop, Washington. The leaves were changing, the Fall vibrant colors were visible and our spot was absolutely perfect. We got setup and headed to town to get us some firewood for the evening. Hubby made hamburgers and hotdogs for dinner. We had enough for dinner for the following day.

Sunday morning after breakfast we took a nice walk together around the park. Then we headed to downtown Winthrop. Winthrop is a cute little western style town. Many shops to choose from from, eating, bookstores, general merchandise and etc. We had a wonderful time here. We went up to the park shop where I made some small talk with the female ranger there.

She enjoys seeing people from all over the country come visit.

We emptied the tanks and headed out to our next stop. Lake Chelan State Park.

It’s absolutely breathtaking here. They have full hookups. Today we’ll enjoy some time at the camper and a full day here of relaxing and making memories. I can’t wait!

Hubby grilled us some steaks. He plans to take Rufus on some trails later. While they’re on their hike I plan to watch my shows and get caught up. We’ll sit outside together later and have a fire and hopefully toast some smores.
